Regardless of how “recovered” I think I am after the marathon, my legs and lungs haven’t come back from their holiday yet.
With only 12 weeks until Challenge Vietnam, my preparations have hit a few roadblocks.
I’ve been catching up with work, sleep, and some fun with family and friends before I buckle down and begin training for my next race, Challenge Vietnam.
Challenge Vietnam on September 11 is perfectly scheduled but it wasn’t just the timing that’s right. Here are my personal reasons to join Challenge Vietnam.
