With only two weeks left until Super League Bali, It’s magical when I start feeling my training come together and see the results.
Racing in Singapore was fun, but my real target is Super League Bali and the Enduro format — nonstop swim-bike-run-swim-bike-run.
My body has been pleasantly surprising me with its performance during training — but now it’s time to focus on staying healthy leading up to my first race in two years.
Last week was all about getting a feel for how fast to go on race day. Hmm, what to say except for, “Everything hurts including my ego.”
