It was a busy week of events with training shoehorned in and the realization that I need to put in some more hard work.
On Leap Year Day 2016, we took on Intramuros with Nike, Amazing Race-style. We couldn’t pass up the chance to do something extraordinary on this extra day!

I am four months away from the Phuket Marathon, and I should really start to ramp up my mileage. I take marathon preparation very seriously, and I’m not the kind of person who goes into these long endurance events on a whim. This weekend we were sadly reminded to respect the distance.
