I was first female overall at Run for Life. However, the race did not have separate men’s and women’s winners, which is unfair to women.
There are so many well-run races in breathtaking destinations around the world. This year, don’t miss out on doing a destination race. Let your feet take you places… literally!
I am four months away from the Phuket Marathon, and I should really start to ramp up my mileage. I take marathon preparation very seriously, and I’m not the kind of person who goes into these long endurance events on a whim. This weekend we were sadly reminded to respect the distance.
