A few weeks ago I got the chance to try two new things: pickleball, the country’s fastest-growing sport, and UNIQLO’s new Sport Utility Wear products.
Alongside UNIQLO’s Sport Utility Wear local celebrity partner Kianna Dy and celebrity and athlete Enchong Dee, we took over the MET Sports Center in Pasay City and sweated it out on the courts while looking and feeling good in our UNIQLO gear.
With summer in full swing, UNIQLO Sport Utility Wear offers four special features.
- Instant and all-day UV Protection with the UV Protection Collection. Special fabric was further enhanced to reflect and absorb UV-A and UV-B to keep the skin protected at all times, blocking over 90% of UV rays with UPF 50+, the maximum rating in UV protection clothing.
- Ultra Stretch feature for amazing ease of movement. Easy to style and easy to move in, each item in the latest lineup presents multidirectional stretch vertically and horizontally. The material also held it shape even with repeated motion.
- Comfort while sweating through DRY-EX technology. Each piece in the new lineup quickly absorbs and disperses sweat and moisture for a dry, fresh feel.
- AIRism technology to keep UNIQLO’s sportswear line smooth to the touch and incredibly stretchy and comfortable to wear.
I really appreciated the opportunity to experience a new sport, as well as try out UNIQLO’s Sport Utility Wear line. I’m already a huge fan of their casual clothing and accessories, so I’m looking forward to adding Sport Utility Wear to my sweat rotation.
