Music plays a big part in my active lifestyle. Many of you know how I love making Spotify playlists to accompany my training, and I usually have a song that becomes the theme of each of my races.

The JBL Reflect line is the world’s first sport headphone that gives athletes the ability and option to allow ambient sound in as well as cancel noise. The Ambient Aware (TM) app you can install on your smartphone allows you to control the amount of ambient sound you hear in each ear.
