Last week was all about getting a feel for how fast to go on race day. Hmm, what to say except for, “Everything hurts including my ego.”
As far as first weeks of training go, it was a pretty big one for me. Three weeks til Super League Singapore, and seven til Super League Bali!
My “sleeping giant” of competitiveness has awoken, and I’ve now tackled my first ride and swim of the year.
