This is the most consistent I’ve been with working out in the past few months. I’m definitely feeling a difference.
It can be hard to exercise while traveling, but here’s how I keep myself moving even on holiday.
THIS YEAR’S FITNESS PROJECT: I’m going to try to exercise five times a week for the next 52 weeks and see where that takes me, keeping a weekly “fitness diary” to keep accountable.
