My Condo Cleaning Experience with GoodWork.ph

Because I’m training and racing more often, I sometimes feel like I have less mental and physical bandwidth to take care of the more mundane things… like for example, cleaning house. I’ve been looking into hiring a cleaner, but just never got around to it.

Then I downloaded the GoodWork.ph app. The basic premise is that GoodWork.ph will help link you up with reputable service providers for a number of services. Right now, they offer home cleaning, massage, plumbing, pest control, airconditioning and refrigerator maintenance, nail care, and carpentry for the Metro Manila area. Laundry services are currently limited to Makati and Taguig.

It’s quite easy to book on the app. Check this out:

GoodWork.ph sends the service request to their providers. The provider that responded to my request was named All Hail Klean. I accepted their offer, then they asked me to confirm my exact address. You can continue to chat with the provider for further details, so you can ask questions like “Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?”

On the day the cleaner was to arrive, I received SMS informing me she was on her way, and she kept me posted on her arrival time. Check out the rest of my cleaning experience in my vlog below:

In all it was a good first experience booking a cleaning service on an app. As I mentioned in my vlog, it would be nice to be able to specify directly on the app what kind of cleaning I can request, as well as add any additional hours needed.

I’m really interested in booking a massage or a mani-pedi next time. I love the convenience of booking and buying things online and being able to escape traffic, so this is the kind of app that really fits into my lifestyle. Want to try GoodWork.ph out?
