Puma #DoYou Fitness Hour on November 17

I’m so ready to sweat up and work out a storm on Saturday, November 17. That’s when Puma’s #DoYou campaign brings together women from all over Metro Manila in synchronized hardcore workouts in 10 premiere gyms across the city.

10 workouts. 10 locations. 1 hour. There’s a whole range of workouts to choose from: Stretch ‘n’ Sculpt + HIIT, Power Hour Yoga, Samba Fitness, Vixen Sexy Flow, Flamingo Workout, Crossfit, Booty Boot Camp, Burn, Saltar, and Synrgy 360. Which one is you? Then #DoYou and register for one of these free workouts! Only 300 slots available metro-wide.

@ Fitness Revolution by Elite Aerial Arts, ABS-CBN Vertis Tent
Turn it up and Dance Like a Vixen! Get ready to unleash your inner sexy as you dance the calories away!

@ Kerry Sports, BGC – 30th Street corner 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City
Synergy360 combines several total-body, dynamic exercises for a complete total body workout. Through the power of centripetal force you are able to tighten and tone, burn calories and melt fat, increase endurance and improve athletic ability.

@ Fitness First Eastwood, Units B-L, Ground Floor, Techno Plaza One, Eastwood City, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
BURN will give you a day-long metabolism boost. This is due to the fact that we consume more oxygen during intense activity than in slower, steady-state exercise. This in itself can increase post-exercise metabolism, and means that we continue to burn calories long after exercising (EPOC effect).

@ Anytime Fitness, BGC – B6 Building 2/F, 11th Ave, Bonifacio High Street
Samba Fitness is a fun, Brazilan samba dance fitness program characterized by a rhythmic aand non-stop coordination of
movements, working up the whole body. At the core of this workout is rhythm. Movements are dictated by the rhythm and character of the music.

@ Obstacle Sports Factory, 1238 Gen. Jacinto St, Makati
Experience a series of challenging physical “boot camp”-style activities while being timed. Test your speed and endurance by running, climbing, jumping, crawling, and balancing elements.

@ F45 Training, MOA – Cluster J, Unit 149-153 Blue Bay Walk, Diosdado Macapagal Blvd. corner EDSA, Pasay
Get leaner, faster and more agile in an F45 minute cardio session that will have you sweating and gasping for air. Meanwhile, you will be wondering how the time went by so quickly. It’s team-based, intense and a great way to rid yourself of over calories!

@ Anytime Fitness Makati – Glorietta 5, Ayala Ave Level 2, Makati
POUND is world’s fitness cardio jam session inspired by the energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

@ Beyond Yoga Alabang – Westgate Center, Filinvest City, Filinvest Ave, Alabang
Power Yoga is a challenging class that will push your practice towards its fullest potential through long-holding and advanced poses, as well as a greater number of vinyasas. Focusing on strength and flexibility, it is a vigorous class guaranteed to make your heart race. This style is suited towards those who prefer a more fitness-based approach to yoga.

@ Rockwell Atletica Makati – 2/F 38 Rockwell, Rockwell Center, 38 Rockwell Dr, Makati
Lengthen, tone and sweat everything out with this fat-burning workout. With the assistance of bands, amp your workout more!

@ CrossFit Katipunan – 10 Esteban Abada St, Loyola Heights, Quezon City
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that delivers functional fitness that incorporates movements from various
modalities, like gymnastics, rowing, weightlifting, powerlifting, running, yoga, plyometrics, calisthenics, strongman, high-intensity interval training, Tabata, circuit training, etc. Simply put, it is the fastest and most efficient fitness program in becoming functionally fit.

I’m excited to be doing Power Hour Yoga at Beyond Yoga Alabang on Saturday. A number of Puma celebrity ambassadors — Gretchen Fullido, Angel Jones, and Ella Cruz — will also be engaged in workouts around the metro.

The PUMA #DoYou campaign champions women’s individuality and the imperative need to defy inequality, expectations, and standards. PUMA is stepping forward to show that there is no “right” way to be a woman with the hopes of inspiring others to take action, follow their passions and share their own stories.

In the PUMA Do You Hour, the best way to be you is to Do You.
