Well, what do you know? It’s already July, and the first race of the month is the Adidas King of the Road coming up this weekend.
I’m signed up for the 16.8K and I’m hoping to do better than last year, where I was sick and injured but still ran! (Bad, I know…) One of the best ways to improve your time at a race is to know the route beforehand. Familiarity with the course allows you to plot when to push and when to back off — and you won’t get lost and add minutes to your time!
