It is my fervent hope that more women discover that sport is a valid pursuit and expression of self not just as a woman, but as a human being.
It’s amazing how big the Philippine running community has grown, and there are now races fit for every kind of runner across a wide spectrum of interests.

Last week was a bit of a rollercoaster for training. My body was just raring to hit everything with more intensity, but there were a few hiccups.
I was first female overall at Run for Life. However, the race did not have separate men’s and women’s winners, which is unfair to women.
