It actually used to be a lot longer, but I had it cut so I could more easily manage it during my races and training sessions, especially now that I’ve also gotten into multisport. Race For Life 2010: Finding the Fun

This is my second year participating in Real Life Foundation‘s Race For Life. Check out my friend Paul’s excellent blog post about how Race For Life supports RLF’s efforts to give children an education and a future. Last year I participated in the 5K category and snagged 3rd place behind some really fast kids.

Men’s Health Urbanathlon: Un-Kikay (and Loving It)

The Men’s Health Urbanathlon was a step into the unknown for me. While I’ve had my share of unconventional running activities (the stair climb challenge up the Enterprise Center springs to mind) and dirty trail runs, I still had never run a course like this.
