If buildings have maximum capacity, so do roads. Safety must rule above other concerns such as popularity or record-setting. This coming Takbo.ph I will run for Remus as a tribute and will not even gun for a PR. Maybe I'll say a rosary prayer while running to make sense of my tribute.
